- The delivery time will be calculated on the checkout page, according to the selected shipping method and delivery address. (Please note that due to the high demand from our 4th of July Sale, some orders might take a little longer than usual to ship) - Please allow 1 business day for your order to enter our system before you start counting the delivery time provided at the checkout. - We don’t have a shipping “ETA”. The delivery time informed at the checkout is already considering the processing time your order takes before shipment. - Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fees. - Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Singapore and Hong Kong might take longer to be delivered.
- To clarify our shipping policies for international orders, please note that some countries have customs regulations that we are not able to interfere and we are not responsible for, so delays may occur. If your package is stuck in transit for more than 10 business days, please contact us at hello@farmrio.com and we'll help you.
- If your package has been in transit with no tracking updates for more than 5 business days, it may have been delayed or lost by the carrier. But don’t worry! We’re here to help. Please reach out to us at hello@farmrio.com, and our team will investigate the issue and work with you to find a solution. - Kind note: if your order has been in transit for over 100 days, the shipment can no longer be tracked or investigated through the carrier. To ensure we have the best chance of resolving the issue, please contact us as soon as you notice any unusual delays.
- The only options available are those shown at checkout. If express shipping was not an option, unfortunately, we are not able to provide it to the selected address. We don’t offer any alternative shipping methods not informed at the checkout page.
- We are not able to edit the shipping method you selected at the checkout. If you selected the wrong shipping method and wish to cancel your order, please contact our team at hello@farmrio.com.
- We do not deliver to PO boxes or APO/FO addresses. If your order is accepted past the checkout and confirmed, please consider that it might be cancelled during processing. You'll be notified via email. - We are not able to schedule delivery, so if you wish to use a commercial address, please consider that your order might be delivered during the weekend.
