About the Club

The FARM Rio Club is designed to engage and celebrate valued customers through exclusive benefits and experiences. We determine participation based on various internal factors, which we keep confidential.

Eligibility and participation

Eligibility for the FARM Rio Club can’t be purchased or requested. We extend an invitation when certain internal benchmarks are met, and these criteria may evolve over time without notice.

Club benefits

As part of our club, you may enjoy a range of benefits, including but not limited to exclusive offers, early access to promotions, unique experiences, and curated content. These may vary or change depending on availability and can be discontinued anytime without notice.

Ongoing participation requirements

The FARM Rio Club currently has a closed set of members, based on internal brand criterias that have been met by these customers in past purchases.

To maintain your FARM Rio Club status, the following conditions must be met:

- Make at least one qualifying purchase every six (6) months.

- Stay subscribed to our marketing communications, including email and SMS. Unsubscribing from either channel may affect your status.

Updates to the FARM Rio Club

We’re constantly evolving, and the FARM Rio Club is no exception. We may adjust, pause, or even end the program (including changes to benefits or participation requirements) anytime without notice.

We may also include new members and expand the FARM Rio Club at any time based on customer engagement, purchases and eligibility per internal brand criteria.

General conditions

Your participation in the club is personal (non-transferable), and we reserve the right to revoke access at any time for any reason, such as suspected misuse, fraud, or non-compliance with these terms. By participating in the club, you agree to these terms and any future updates.
