US Orders: - We don’t accept returns after 30 days from the original purchase date. - Unworn, unwashed, undamaged pieces with original tags attached are eligible for a return or an exchange. - We offer free returns and exchanges. - Please note that we only exchange an item once. After exchanging it, you can only return it and receive a refund for the full amount paid for the item. - We don’t process exchanges for low stock items. - Exchanged items in-store cannot be returned nor exchanged again. - After opening a return, you can’t add or remove items. In this case, you should contact our CS Team so we can address your case. - It is necessary to present the order number. You can find it on your confirmation email as 'Order Number' or in your invoice received with the order as "Cust PO Number" (or just PO Number). - FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged. - We only provide prepaid return labels via UPS. Only the return label can appear.

- Unfortunately, we are not able to edit returns or exchanges that have already been opened on our returns portal. You can contact our team at hello@farmrio.com and we’ll have it cancelled* so you can start over! *Only possible if you haven’t shipped anything back yet.
- If you opened multiple returns in our returns portal separately, please mail the multiple returns individually, using the respective return label for each. Please save the tracking number and the receipt from the carrier for your records. - If you want to return multiple items from the same order, you need to open one return only for all of them. In that way, you'll be able to send them all in the same box.
- Refunds can only be made to the original payment method. Refunds to expired or canceled cards are handled by your bank or credit card issuer and, in most cases, credited automatically to your replacement card.
- It can take up to 10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. If you can't locate it by this time, we suggest you contact your Bank or Credit Card Company for further investigation.
- Unfortunately, we are only able to provide pre-paid return labels for the same country in which the purchase was made from. - You can have the order shipped back to us at your own cost, we just kindly ask that you share the tracking information. - Yes, we’ll need your order number and email address for both scenarios, so make sure you have them! (only valid for US stores).
- To return a gift, you’ll need the order number and the email address of the person who gifted it to you (or their ZIP Code). Click on the following link and select “Return a gift”: https://farm-rio.loopreturns.com/#/. - You’ll only be able to select the option of a store credit or an exchange. No refunds can be processed. - Gift returns follow the same Return Policy of normal returns.

How it works: If you see a "Resell on Poshmark" button on your account or during the return flow your product is eligible to sell on Poshmark! We will help pre-populate the Poshmark listing so you can save some time and get a headstart on selling. Once your piece sells, you'll receive an email from Poshmark with a pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label. All you have to do is package the item up and drop it off at your nearest Post Office. You can withdraw your earnings from Poshmark at any time. As a reminder, Poshmark takes a 20% fee for all orders over $15, and a flat fee of $2.95 for any orders under $15.
