The FARM Rio Club is FARM Rio’s loyalty program and gives members exclusive benefits in the form of discounts, rewards, services and experiences. It is designed to bring our community of FARM Rio Lovers closer together and allows you to unlock better rewards as you purchase more frequently with us.

If you are a new customer, you can sign up for the FARM Rio Club by creating an account on farmrio.com website. Customers with existing accounts can sign in and opt in to the program, as well as sign up for email and SMS marketing to be updated on benefits and rewards. Once your account is activated, your spend will count towards your tier progression.

The FARM Rio Club is divided into 4 different tiers, based on your total 2026 net purchases (total spent minus returns, adjustments, discounts or taxes) during a calendar year. Tier 1 – Member: free to join! Sign up with your email address and start earning. Tier 2 – Bloomer: Spend $150+ on net purchases for the current calendar year. Tier 3 – Wanderer: Spend $500+ on net purchases for the current calendar year. Tier 4 – Ambassador: Spend $1,500+ on net purchases for the current calendar year.

At the beginning of each calendar year, your net purchases will be reset to zero, and the tier status you acquired by the end of the previous year will be your minimum status throughout the new year. You can maintain your current status or unlock a higher status by meeting the minimum Net Purchases again during a new calendar year. If you do not meet the minimum net purchase value for the following year, your tier will be adjusted accordingly, as well as your available benefits.

Make sure to always log in to your account using the same email address attached to your FARM Rio Club, so that all your net purchases are credited in the same account.

Currently, the FARM Rio Club is only eligible for U.S residents who are at least 18 years old and can provide valid and accurate personal information, such as email address and phone number. Our eligible rewards such as events or free shipping are based on U.S territory and can only be used and acquired through farmrio.com orders.

You can check your tier status at any time by logging into your account and accessing your Customer Profile, where you’ll see your current tier and your progress bar to reach the next tier.

To access your rewards and apply them to your purchases, make sure to use the same email address attached to your FARM Rio Club account and current tier. When purchasing in store, inform your email at checkout and ask to apply any eligible discount codes to your final order.

Most of your rewards are available for a one-time use throughout the current calendar year (2026) and will be adjusted accordingly for the next year to match the tier status that you reached at the end of the previous year.

When you sign up for the FARM Rio Club and/or for FARM Rio’s email and SMS marketing newsletter, make sure you fill out your birthday information to receive your exclusive discount during your birthday month. You can also include this information in your Customer Profile.

Your total spend will be reflected in your tier tracker after your order has been fulfilled, but it can be updated up to 30 days after a placed order to account for discounts, returns, refunds, or price adjustments and reflect only your net purchase. Therefore, your current tier can be demoted to reflect your actual total spend for the year, and tier benefits will only be unlocked once. All purchases up to December 31st of the current year will be considered for your updated tier status for the following year.

If you are no longer subscribed to receive email marketing from FARM Rio, you will not be able to receive rewards updates, incentives, early access, events invitations, and more. However, you will still be able to access your benefits and apply your tier discounts through your farmrio.com account login, directly through our website.

Yes, we're always working to make the FARM Rio Club better, so benefits may evolve over time, including the introduction of new benefits. We'll always let you know before any changes that affect you. To keep things fair for our whole community, we do reserve the right to remove members whose activity appears fraudulent or who misuse their benefits. To always have access to your membership, make sure to keep your account active and with a valid email address.

Once you reach a new tier, you will have access to the benefits and discounts attached to that specific tier. Therefore, if you placed an order before and did not use the yearly voucher, for example, you will not be able to use it twice, only the new voucher unlocked for your current tier. Tier benefits will only be unlocked once for each calendar year.

Once you opt-in to the FARM Rio Club and/or our email marketing for the first time, you will receive a 15% off one-time discount valid for your all-time 1st purchase at FARM Rio online. If you’ve purchased with us before but are joining the program for the first time, you will not be eligible for the first-time purchase discount.

Once you create an account and join the FARM Rio Club, make sure to fill out your birthday to receive a special discount on your birthday month. This discount code is valid for a one-time use on your birthday month, non-cumulative with other discounts or codes. For the current year, you will be eligible for the discount attached to your tier status secured and will not be able to use multiple birthday discounts, even if a new tier status is obtained. If you unlock a new tier, your birthday discount will be updated for the following year. Tiers 1 & 2 (Member and Bloomer) get a 20% off birthday discount, while Wanderer and Ambassador get a 25% off birthday discount. You can access your birthday discount through your customer account or stay tuned to email communications during your birthday month to receive it.

The Yearly Voucher is sent out once a year as an incentive for your next purchase, and the discount is set per tier (available starting at Bloomer level). For 2026, the Yearly Voucher will be sent in September, as a celebration of the beginning of a new FARM Rio Club and unlocking your first tier. For 2027, the Yearly Voucher will be given 2 months after you’ve placed a first order for the current year, and that timing will vary per customer. Stay tuned to your email and account profile to receive your Yearly Voucher.

The 10% off discount is a benefit rewarded to our tiers 3 and 4, with exceptions. Once you achieve Wanderer status, you can apply the 10% off discount to all full-priced items in any purchase for the current year, with the exception of collab styles and accessories. For Ambassador status, you can apply the 10% off discount to all items, including product-level sale collections, still excluding collabs and accessories. Coupons are non-cumulative.

Once you reach Wanderer and Ambassador status, you will receive Early Access emails to some of your sale events, exclusive email and SMS discounts, access to New Collections and item Previews beforehand. Stay tuned to your inbox and don’t miss out!
